It was ok they need to be more clean but the thing it really bother me, that in the top, it was some clear windows that outside it was the hallway that it have a light that at night it turns on automatically so my room, I had that light on all night long and it was waking me up all night and it looks it was light all night and I barely could sleep it was bad

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I was in the pool for 2 hours and my wallet was taken from my room. I go downstairs to ask the front desk and they immediately call one of the cleaning ladies. She claims she never went in my room, and the front desk tells her she was only one cleaning the rooms in that floor that morning. I’m downstairs for about 10 minutes and the front desk lady tells me they will check the cameras. I go back to my room and miraculously my wallet appears. Such a shady place. I stayed there for one night even though I paid for 2. I was told I would be refunded for my second night, but I have not received anything back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Tengo años usando la plataforma de Hoteles.Com pero esta ha sido la primera vez con una experiencia terrible. Independientemente de que el hotel luce muy descuidado, las areas comunes lucen sucias y descuidadas, el elevador esta en muy mal estado, y el personal es grosero e incompetente la experiencia fue muy mala. Tenia reservadas 7 habitaciones, pero solo me respetaron 2, ya que el hotel estaba sobrevendido, y no respetaron mis reservas, pese a estar garantizadas con mi tarjeta de credito y haber llegado desde la mañana. Despues de mucho hablar con la gente y con la intervencion por telefono de un agente de hoteles.com, logramos que acomodaran a parte de mi equipo en otro hotel por esa noche, mas lejos del lugar al que ibamos. Nos ofrecieron pagar los taxis de ida y vuelta y solo pagaron el de ida, esa noche, los demas los pagamos nosotros. Definitivamnte NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, creo que deberian de quitarlo del catalogo de Hoteles.com porque solo esta dañando la reputacion de este sitio de reservas.
