Architect designed holiday home with sea view

Beautiful architect-designed holiday home with the most beautiful sea view located at the end of a quiet closed road.

The holiday home is from 1962, and our parents bought it in 1969.
From 2016 to 2021, the house underwent a comprehensive renovation including a new roof, new bathroom, new kitchen, merging of several rooms, new small windows, as well as a wonderful large terrace and a delightful annex.

The house is a family house, which we love incredibly much.

The house has a total of 6 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed (190 centimeters long). The renovated bathroom with shower appears bright and inviting.

The kitchen is lovely, spacious and functional with, among other things, mixer, blender, hand blender and Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). In direct extension of the kitchen is a dining area and a cozy living room with a large comfortable sofa with room for the whole family, TV and fireplace. From here you can enjoy the most fantastic sea view - the perfect place to relax with a good book, board games and hours of pleasant conversation.

There is cromecast, Waoo TV box and internet in the house.

The house is heated with an air to air fan, a fireplace in the living room and loose electrical appliances, which can be made available by agreement.

By agreement, a children's weekend bed, high chair, baby bath and potty can also be made available at no extra charge.

Outdoors is a beautiful large wooden terrace with sunbeds and various garden furniture. Look forward to relax here, enjoying the warmth of the sun and not least the fantastic view of the sea.

The house also has a sun garden, covered with Bornholm island stones. Here you will find a nice large dining area and 2 lovely sunbeds. From the wooden terrace in front of the house you step directly into the garden with a large green lawn ready for fun and games.

There is direct access from the garden to the cliff path that runs from Gudhjem harbour to Melsted Campsite. On the other side of the path there is a beautiful bathing place, where you have to climb down, but once you are down there are flat rocks, and a beautiful spring cliff, with approx. 4 meters above sea level. Inside the flat rocks you can go to the bottom, but it quickly gets deep the further out you get.

There are also many other bathing spots in the area, such as Møllers badekar on the coastal path towards the harbour, Melstedstrand, Melsted harbour Gudhjem harbour, Norresan harbour etc.

ATTENTION: It is not allowed to have a party in the house, and noise and loud music outside after 23.00 is not allowed.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Traesmeden. Features include a water park. A kitchen and a fireplace are available in the holiday home.
