Very nice and peaceful
The beautiful: Bob's place is a very nice and peaceful place. It's the perfect weekend retreat with your loved ones and offers a completely non-commercialized approach to relaxation. The surroundings are simply gorgeous with beautiful greenery quenching the mind and soul's thirst for peace. The pace is lazy as you could decide to just relax in the comfort of your home like furnished room or decide to explore the nearby areas or just spend a relaxing lounge in the common lounge on the 1st floor. The bad: Food and cleanliness left a bad taste. Had to ask multiple times to provide us with clean water both in our room and in the main serving room for tea. The water supplied earlier was yellow and dirty in color and the flasks really unclean with one smelling as if it was taken straight out of the toilet! The food was touted as a highlight but didn't really live up to the expectations as was bland at times. However the breakfast wasn't that bad because it's tough to go wrong with eggs! The utensils and cups were also not very clean and had to be careful before using them. We were overall disappointed at the lack of hygiene and this is an area that the hotel really needs to pay attention to. Bottomline: Absolutely beautiful place which allows one to unwind and refresh. Perfect for going with your family with a beautiful ride to the place. The only thing to watch out for is the cleanliness in food and water.
