For a 4 star hotel, they act and provide 5 star level service. The hospitality at this hotel is beyond 5 stars service level. The staff is genuinely welcoming and offer the utmost attention and care to all of their guests. They have impeccable English speaking skills and confidence. I highly suggest any of you to stay here. I’d definitely stay here again. The location is prime! It’s truly central to any and all of the main attractions and food, it’s such an easy walk and easy to locate. At check in, the staff made all of us comfortable by sitting down to enjoy some tea while they take care of the check in process. In other hotels, you’d stand around and wait while they do their thing. But here, you get to sit and chill with some tea and they come to you with room keys and info about the hotel itself. The front desk staff even escorted us to our room with our bags - again, top notch service and attention! Personally, I didn’t enjoy the hotel breakfast, but my friends did and they loved the pho bo and coffee that were served there. I did get to enjoy the hotel spa where we got full body massages and a hair/head wash- some of the best care and service around! It was very relaxing and walked away feeling refreshed! Overall, highly recommended to stay here! ROI on price of stay here is well worth the value!

I don't really do reviews but if I do it. You know you made it. JM Marvel Hotel & Spa you live up to your name Marvel. I chanced upon JM Marvel Hotel & Spa when doing my planning for my family (3pax) Christmas short break and to celebrate the siblings Birthdays (2 days apart). We only asked for being central and convenient to save transport cost and unnecessary walking. You know what? The hotels gives you more than what we budgeted for. On arrival Jayce and his team, welcomed us with a mini-tea ceremony and we were treated as celebrities. Our family enjoyed the fruit tea and local sweet treats. We were given a hotel tour so we are familiar with our surroundings and the amenities we can enjoy for what we paid. The rooms were yes smaller than what we are used to for a family room. But this is where the intimacy comes in. Small is Luxury. We got to be much closer. Asking for direction is a breeze. No head scratching because Jayce and his team speaks excellent English. Ask them to draw you a map if you are still unsure. In my trips, I go as close to the local communities as possible. So, Jayce and his team gave me genuine recommendation and advise. This is a feedback not a complain. 2 things that needs management re-looking are:- 1. Sound Proofing - You can hear what the neighbours conversation are. This especially true if they speak loudly and slam doors. 2. Next Room Design - Family Rooms MUST have windows to look outside for Sunshine. Will come back.

staff very welcoming and could not do enough to please us from the time we arrived. Location is good in the old quarter, lots of action around the hotel. Breakfast and Dining options were good, the bar on the roof top is precious, Couples massage at spa was an added bonus feature! Excellent service, location. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, spacious with many amenities. The balcony was big with spectacular views of the city. Breakfast had a big spread of local and western food. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers to Ha Noi.

If you are venturing to Hanoi you would definitely not be disappointed staying at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa. After making my booking I contacted the hotel and they arranged collection and return to the airport which was excellent. Arriving at the hotel you are made to feel like royalty and that you are the only guests in the hotel. The staff are fabulous. We had 2 rooms at the hotel (2 separate stays) and each was extremely comfortable and clean. The roof top bar serves excellent food and the views are very nice in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel.
