Harsh lighting, Smail room was offered upgraded room and charged for upgrade but hotel didn’t have one. Thermostat in room didn’t work had to manually try to set. At unit couldn’t get temp right. Toilet handle needed to jiggle to stop toilet from running poor seating window seat not a couch

The hotel is very dated. However, the outside smells absolutely disgusting, like manure. 7 am the air vents started blowing the horrific smell inside our room. Awful! Like dry heaving gagging afraid we were going to smell like that all day awful! Never again!

Perfect for a one night stay on our way to NC. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, although the bedspreads were thin and there were no extra blankets. Appreciated the handicapped amenities. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. I just wish our room wouldn't have had a door to the adjoining room which had young children who WAILED until 10 p.m.

WHEN WE FIRST GOT IN THE ROOM WE FOUND POOP IN THE TOILIT AND RUG LOOKED DIRTY THE INSIDE IS RUN DOWN AND OLD LOOKING.THE SHOWER FAUCET HANDLE WAS LOOSE AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO TURN THE WATER ON.WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

Our room had dead bugs on the bed, the bathroom door showed lots of water damage and the room did not look adequately vacuumed. The continental breakfast consisted of raw doughnuts which none of my kids could eat. Will not stay there again, even though the rating was “positive”.
