Property charges me for the room after I had already paid Expedia in advance. Debora the desk supervisor was not helpful and spoke poorly of Expedia. In addition the shower for the first room did not work. No maintenance on staff to assist. We're told we would get a call to move rooms no call. Went down to get new room, keys didn't work. Desk staff was not happy they had to come to the room. When she got there door wouldn't open even with her key. Said she would bring keys back. Never brought them back. Horrible experience.

We were in the hotel for two nights. The garbage was never picked up and the room was never cleaned. In addition to that, the front desk service was poor, behaving as if they were not happy to be there. That made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, there were a lot of noises through out the night. Breakfast was too expensive with bad taste and limited options. At least the property entrance looked nice as well as the restaurant area. This place would have been a great hotel where would stay and recommend in the future if all the concerns I listed above are taking into consideration.

We expected more from this hotel, given the positive reviews, but we found the complete opposite. The furniture was broken, the bathroom mirror didn't light up, the shower was broken, we could hear a lot of noise coming from the rooms next door. Dust in the air ducts, in short, it was a disappointment.

Fast check in and check out. Property is clean, rooms cleans and comfortable. Nice size bathrooms. Close to NYC, very close to the highway. I will definitely stay here again
