The bed was very very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet at night. They need to hire more staff. I observed only one housekeeper responsible for multiple floors which means if you are above the second floor you may not get any room service/housekeeping at all. Additional staff if a must.

The hotel staff are very friendly. Location and parking are very safe and huge to accommodate large number of cars. Room is spacious and daily rates are very reasonable

Stayed here for the xmas / NY eve holiday. Located well. Folks were overall nice, food in the AM could be much better. Nice having lemon water available. Hotel doesn't offer any welcoming packets, free water bottle or a cookie such as what Hilton Ofers. I'd stay here again, price is decent. Elevators were slow, most agreed.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and professional. Our only issue was the traffic noise from the expressway which we were aware of but didn’t think it would be so apparent. Otherwise, we had a great stay here, I would recommend a stay here

Pet friendly property. Took our fur baby with us for the stay. Property was very clean. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious with a microwave and a fridge. We had a short stay, however, would recommend to family and friends.
