We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at Casa Flamboyan! Our hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming to us as first time visitors to the country. They explained everything we needed to know and made themselves available to make recommendations, book taxis, and tours. We stayed in the guest house next door to the main house, and it was fabulously spacious. The two outdoor kitties greeted us every time we came home. Breakfasts were prepared and served every morning. Overall, it was a 15/10 stay!

If you are going to Havana, THIS IS THE PLACE to stay. The hosts are PROFESSIONAL, amicable, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. The place is impeccable, charming and close to everything. I really enjoyed breakfast, having WI-FI 24/7, a safe box, and a beautiful patio. I have been going to Cuba for many years and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Flamboyan to everyone, including families with children.

This was our second stay at La Flamboyan. The location and service they provide is very convenient, ordering a taxi to and from the airport, exchanging money. We enjoyed the easy of staying at La Flamboyan. There are plenty of food options close by as well.

Everyone was extremely hospitable, they helped arrange transportation to and from anywhere I wanted. Room was great, air conditioning was cold and I really enjoyed having coffee on the patio. Can’t wait to go back and I will be telling all of my friends 🙏

Great stay at La Casa Flamboyan
We had a great three day stay at La Casa Flamboyan!! The location was close to the attractions, they were able to coordinate the taxi ride to and from the airport and every where else. Thank you for the great stay. After staying the La Casa Flamboyan we have three new friends.

Casa Flamboyan is located in a great area of Havana, leafy and tranquil but within easy reach of the main spots. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and spacious and the communal areas were a great place to enjoy the huge breakfast and plan for the day ahead. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, and the Hotel Nacional is a 15 minute walk. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend if you are keen to be outside of the hectic historic centre!

We loved our stay at La Casa flamboyan! Jesus, Dalia and Eduardo were wonderful hosts. They gave us really good recommendations for food and places. The place itself was very comfortable and located in a safe neighborhood. Jesus is a fun guy and helped pull a prank on my husband :D We will remember this trip forever

La Casa Flamboyan was an amazing stay - the owner was very helpful and accommodating. The casa was very clean, safe, and secure. There is a refrigerator with waters, soda, and beer which is very useful. The bed was extremely comfortable which is sometimes rare to find while traveling. The front area was cute and relaxing to sit and eat breakfast or read a book. The surrounding area was extremely safe and felt more laidback compared to Habana Vieja. However, the best part was el gato - she has my heart and anyone who stays there please give her a hug and a pet from me :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Flamboyan. Alex, his partner and his brother in law were so hospitable. They arranged transportation for us upon arrival, gave suggestions of the best places to eat and exchanged our Euros. I can not say enough about these guys but they made my first trip to Cuba an experience I will never forget:)

Very nice place in a great location.My wife and I enjoyed coming back to our casa to escape the pollution and noise of the downtown area.Yet this place is a short 5 cuc taxi ride to the downtown area. The area is safe to walk around, and is dotted with many restaurants, cafés, and bars at much better prices than the downtown and less touristy. The staff is super nice, caring and attentive to your needs. They are always available to help you out, make recommendations, and guide you in your daily planning.They take at heart your safety and well being. Overall, we felt at home here and the owners treated us more like friends than clients.We highly recommend this place and we would definitely go back.

Location was ideal for a visit of Havana; quiet, lovely tree lined neighborhood, quick walk to the University and the main artery of Havana; Calle Paseo and the bustling cross street 23. The Chelsea neighborhood of Havana. Offerings: Breakfasts were a perfect start to a long day of walking with eggs made to your preference and different bowls of fruits. Also wonderful coffee and a pastry to go with your drink. Hosts were flexible with breakfast times. We had the option to access wifi as we wished by purchasing affordable cards (as is standard in Cuba). Ambiance: The atmosphere, the heart and soul feeling of the place was very positive. The palms and flowers in the front patio gave a magnificent tropical ambiance - and are just proof of the strong nurturing the owners provide to the casa and its guests. We arrived home after a very long day out and about to find our clothes neatly folded, beds made and the room cleaned. Were greeted with enthusiasm and warmth and provided the same during the entire stay. Security: There are multiple doors/gates to the street which are locked and closed. There is a safe in the room that can be used. Trustworthy owners and workers - Having left out large sums of money and items of value having forgotten to put away in the safe prior to leaving, nothing was ever missing. Comfort: Great shower pressure and temp. Smartly designed rooms. Great mattresses!

Very charming place. Tiziano (the proprietor) and staff are all very kind and helpful. Tiziano gave us tips on good local restaurants, and helped warn us about a scam (switching CUC/CUP) that someone later tried on us and we were prepared! The rooms are clean. Overall a great value.

The hosts went out of their way. Meeting me in the early morning when my flight was delayed and waking up at 4.30am on leaving to make sure I made my early flight. A fountain of local knowledge. I would not hesitate recommending this property to my friends.
