Great neighborhood, nice house. We enjoyed the pool. Furnishings could use updating and cookware should be replaced. It would have been helpful to know we needed to provide toilet tissue and garbage bags. It also would have been good to know one bedroom for 4 is in a detached part of the house.

Great Location
The ideal location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Plenty of room for parking. Huge living area with seating for 8 and dining space for 12. Plenty of space for multiple families or friends. House was well maintained and clean. Kids loved the heated pool and the games in the garage.

Perfect for large family.
We came down for a Marine Corp graduation and all wanted to stay together, this house was perfect. Loved the room above the garage for families to separate, nice big dining area for everyone to eat together. Very short walk to a clean, uncrowded beach. The home is well kept and had everything we needed.

Great Vacation House
This property was great for our family. The house was well kept and well stocked. We were there when a hurricane hit and there was a lot of debris around afterwards. The host was kind and checked on us and worked with her pool and yard companies to get the property cleaned up prompty. We would be happy to stay here again.

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our time at the beach! The house is beautiful and had enough space for our group of 11. We loved the pool and ping pong table but the best part was the secluded beach just a short walk away. We did come shortly after a tropical storm but Betsy was great at communicating and getting the property cleaned up while we were there.

A great stay on a quiet street
Although cut short by the Tropical Storm, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely go back. The pool was great, the house very clean and plenty large enough, well stocked and at the end of a short cul de sac with easy beach access two blocks away. The owners communicated well helped us out when we needed to talk to them. Would recommend renting bikes as the center of Town is a little ways away - not bad but much easier on a bike.

Perfect Family Vacation Location
The property at N Forest Beach was perfect for our family vacation. The house was a short walk to the beautiful, semi private beach, which was never crowded. We all enjoyed the swimming pool after a day at the beach. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of space. The location was very convenient for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. We would highly recommend this property.

Fun Family Vacation
We had 10 adults and 3 children. The space was great for us. The home is well-stocked (we cooked most of our meals). My adult kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables. The pool was well-used after long days on the beach. We all agreed the distance to the beach was great. Neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Coligny shopping area. The host was very responsive when needed. We had a Great week!

Perfect Beach house!!!
Awesome Home!! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Anything you made need for a meal is available in the kitchen. Gorgeous backyard and pool. Straight down the road from Coligny and an easy & short 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family LOVED this house and we hope to visit again soon. Betsy is wonderful to do busy with. We rented this property for a family beach vacation. It was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and convenient to the beach which was not crowded. The back yard area and pool were beautiful and we all enjoyed cooking off after a day on the beach back there. Short walk or bike ride to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location!
Our family stayed here for the week of our son’s wedding. The house was beautifully decorated and appointed. The shady pool area, fire pit and garage rec room gave us many place to gather and have fun. We loved the Coligny Beach area. The walk to the wide beach was short and the bike trails to dining and shopping were so convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Best time!
We enjoyed this house and location very much! From the initial message from Betsy at booking to when I needed something during our stay, Betsy was so kind. Having beach chairs and boards to use was so nice. Beds were comfortable for everyone. We rented bikes and had them delivered to the house. So glad we did, can bike anywhere and it gave my teenagers some freedom to check things out. And the backyard was a great place to hang out.

Great location
The home proved to be in a very quiet location within easy walking distance to the beach. Proximity to Coligny and the grocery store was also a huge plus. Two of our kids enjoyed the extra space above the garage and we all enjoyed the ping pong table. Although the pool heater had a bit of a hiccup initially, it was quickly resolved so the pool could be enjoyed the whole week. The only suggestions I would have are with regards to the kitchen and one pool item. I love to cook, so we ate in 5 of 7 nights. The kitchen seriously needs small bowls (none provided) and kitchen towels (2-3 provided) when cooking and cleaning up for 7 people. I wouldn’t have noticed if we weren’t making meals at the house though, so not a big deal for everyone. The pool loungers are in no way comfortable. Even though it was a bit cool, I would have loved to lounge on a chair and read a book, but I could only sit about 10 minutes. It’s probably difficult to find furniture that’s both comfortable and hardy enough to last at a short-term vacation rental, but maybe some lounger cushions could be considered as a compromise. Overall, we really enjoyed our time. This home allowed us to have the Hilton Head experience we’ve enjoyed in the past and makes us want to return to the North Forest Beach area.
