Beautiful house in palmetto dunes
Great house in palmetto dunes. Spacious living area. Nice pool. Couldve used a couple more things in the kitchen (tin foil, oils, etc) but overall awesome place. Would love to stay again!

Great House, Amazing Location, Poor Communication with Vacasa/Management team
The location of this house was a dream. The house was nicely decorated. Some furniture was worn, but overall we were comfortable. There was a huge miscommunication with us asking for the pool to be heated when we booked 6 mths ago and then vereifying the week before only to find out we never paid which contradicted the info we were recieveing. It took.until the second to the last day of our trip to figure out. Overall it was an amazing trip despite the not so great weather. We would stay here again.

Super Nice House - Close to the Beach!
Beautifully updated home with nice large bedrooms, although the master could use a new Mattress. It has a very large hump in the middle. All other beds comfortable. Master also needs heavier curtains. Room is so light in the morning - forget about sleeping in. Short walk to the beach and very nice pool and outdoor area. Refrigerator Ice maker was not working when we arrived. Called Vacasa 3 times with no action. They left a vm saying someone would contact us, but they never did. Also the check in process needs an update. Such a waste of time to have to go to the Vacasa office to get your car passes. Why? Leave at the gate or mail ahead. Overall enjoyable - would stay again.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was great, close to the beach. The pool was fantastic. We loved the open concept. Checking in was very easy. We were so pleased that our family dog was allowed to join us. We would have liked the use of the garage to put all our bikes and beach chairs in for the night.

Great house and location!
We loved this house, and we would definitely stay here again! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained, recently updated, and very well stocked. We had a few hiccups…the dishwasher did not work for our entire stay. Isaac, the maintenance man, was super nice and very helpful. He did his best to fix the issue in a timely manner, but it ultimately required a plumber. They did get a plumber out eventually to fix the issue, but unfortunately, it was on our last day. The only other issue was that I paid for pool heat, confirmed the pool heat, and then showed up to no pool heat. I was told that the owner did not want the pool heated, and we would be refunded. Tanner, the property manager, was very kind and helpful (must be because he is from Ohio…j/k), and once I showed him our confirmation of pool heat, he did have it turned on. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be done until 3 days in because of the holiday. He was gracious enough to reimburse us for the cost of the heat and give us the last four days of complimentary pool heat. My only recommendations would be spraying for bugs and providing beach towels…beach towels were the one thing that I wish that were provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Want to keep this one a secret!
We loved our short visit. Everything was as described. (No outside shower, but I think they will update this information.)The kitchen was very well stocked and perfect for us. The bathrooms are fine, so the fact that they aren't perfect like the rest of the house didn't bother us a bit. Perfect location for getting to the beach, bikes, restaurants, grocery, and anything else you might want/need. The pool and the outdoor fire were awesome! We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Armada this year! It was close and convenient to the beach. This place has been recently updated and looks great. The only rooms that are still in need of updates are the bathrooms. One bathroom had such soft floors, you felt like you could step through it at any minute. It also had a light out and felt very dark. There were plenty of kitchen items to use when we made dinners in. The appliances are up to date, the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the open floor plan. There were games to play on days it was rainy. The only downsides to the house were there were no rugs anywhere. Being at the beach and pool and coming inside, it would have been nice to have a mat or rug to wipe feet. We had to put down some towels to use. Another item we wished we had was a stick vacuum. It would have come in handy to help clean up throughout the week. We couldn’t find a switch to the pool light to have an evening swim. Not sure if there was one or Not but would have been nice to have. I would definitely stay here again! It was a good experience and would recommend. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the bathrooms could really use some work and the lack of rugs and a vacuum to help keep the place clean throughout the week.

Perfect for our Spring break Late April !
We came for spring break with our 3 kids ranging from 8-12 hrs old. The house looks just like the pictures and the pool was heated to our liking! I preferred the hot tub which was about 100 degrees. It’s a 1 min walk to the beach which was perfect for us and there is a small beach bar/lunch option on the beach as well. Great neighborhood and perfect location to walk to rent bikes. We used bikes to travel around for a few lunch/early dinners and just to see the area. General store has anything you may have forgotten (also walking distance) and Whole Foods and Kroeger are a 4 min car ride away. We enjoyed watching the kids in the pool as we sat by the large windows overlooking the pool with our morning coffee. House was very clean and spacious and had many games for the kids to play. We had to buy beach chairs since none were provided and ended up leaving them there since we didn’t have room for them in the car. We will for sure be back next year! Thanks!
