Shipmaster Villa - Geräumige 3BR, 3 Bad Golf-View Villa mit Tennis und Pool

Das 1001 Shipmaster befindet sich in der Shipyard Plantation und ist ein helles Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern und wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert. Die Villa mit Blick auf die Lagune und den Golfplatz liegt nur einen kurzen 10-minütigen Spaziergang oder 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Strandzugang der Werft entfernt. Zwei Fahrräder sind inklusive. Der Shipmaster verfügt über einen Pool und einen Tennisplatz, die ausschließlich von den Eigentümern und deren Gästen genutzt werden können.

Die gesamte Villa ist geräumig und in einem komfortablen Küstenstil mit drei Hauptschlafzimmern eingerichtet:
Master Main - King (neue Matratze 2019, Marriott Qualität), Terrasse
2nd Floor Front Master - King und Twin, Balkon
2nd Floor Rear Master - Zwei volle Betten, Balkon

Wir schätzen unsere Gäste und deren Empfehlungen! Im Jahr 2018 fügten wir jedem Schlafzimmer Deckenventilatoren und Großbildfernseher hinzu, eine neue Königsmatratze im Erdgeschoss, eine "echte" Königinmatratze im Obergeschoss, ein Patio-Set und ein neues HVAC-System.

Outstanding, lovely condo, wonderful owner
Lynn was so gracious and very communicative. Answered all my questions before and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Kitchen extremely well stocked, lots of games to play, very comfortable beds and furniture....lots of room! Can't say enough about this place and Lynn. We will definitely stay there again when in Hilton Head!

Wonderful stay
House was very comfy with plenty of room for our family. Our host provided amenities such as beach chairs and towels and reached out beforehand with useful information to prepare us for our trip. She was also incredibly responsive to our needs when Tropical Storm Debby hit Hilton Head a day after we arrived. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained during the rainy days. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Shipyard, Hilton Head
My mom and I rented this villa in Shipyard community in Hilton head & we had 3 teen girls stay with us. My daughter and her friends who stayed with us were around 17, and the bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a twin bed was great for them. Esp because it came with a full bathroom (bathroom is small). My mom has trouble walking up stairs, so she stayed in main floor master bedroom, which had a nice big master bathroom. I stayed in the other bedroom upstairs w/its own bathroom. We really loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, especially with so many girls lol. This villa is exactly like the pictures, so pretty and beautifully decorated. All of us loved the beachy decor, and the layout of the villa. The updates that have been done to this villa are beautiful and it’s a very relaxing, quiet and wonderful place to stay for vacation. All of the beds were very comfy & we loved how many bath towels, wash cloths, and other items were provided at this villa. We cooked many meals in the villa while we stayed at Hilton head and we loved the updated kitchen so much. Villa had everything we needed, & was very clean. A safe community that is gated. Appliances worked great, washer, & dryer etc.The bike trails within Shipyard are great! I’d highly recommend renting bikes from one of the bike rental places that deliver the bikes and pick them up. Lynn was kind enough to suggest bike rental places. Lynn was the best! Lynn was wonderful. She was very kind and so helpful. Ty!

Property is in perfect location for biking and meals and beach. Super clean and Lynn is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4-6 people, plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.

Fantastic vacation
My family stated for a week and everything was perfect. Great location! A 7-10 min walk to the beach or bike ride to the beach in minutes! You can also drive to the beach because the beach parking is included. Having the locker at the beach was a HUGE bonus. We did not have to carry chairs or toys from the house- you can store what you need in the locker. The house was clean and cool and Lynn has everything you need there! Spacious rooms and the layout was just perfect for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped- we made dinner most nights. I had so many questions once I got there and Lynn answered all of the questions right away. Shipyard is located in a more quiet area of HH. The beach area gets crowded right at the beach access area but if you walk just a little more north, you can get away from the crowds if that’s what you want. House was fantastic and I also loved the location as well. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you, Lynn!

What a fabulous property with excellent amenities and location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lynn’s lovely rental. She knew my mom is battling lung cancer and made some very helpful accommodations to help my mom’s stay be more enjoyable! The property is located in a beautiful gated community. The home is stocked well with anything you could need. The beach lockers spoiled us for the week! Not a ton of hauling chairs in and out of cars all week. Everything was better than expected. Great Spot
The 6 of us; I and my family. very much enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed. There were multiple sliding glass doors with screens we could open things up when the weather was good. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Lynn sent an email and a PDF about check in and it was my mistake not to print the PDF as it had all of the details about gaining access to the property since it is in a gated community. Lynn was a great sport about my lack of clarity and my lack of planning. The place is in a lovely, quiet area and felt very peaceful. Having access to the beautiful beach was great, and we appreciated that we didn't have to haul the chairs back and forth because of the locker provided down at the beach. I will return to Lynn's unit if I return to Hilton Head. I thought it was a great value and she was lovely to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. A home away from home. The property was just beautiful. Everything was perfect! Happiness at Hilton Head!
Our family stay from 1-4 Sep was absolute fun! It was made all the more so by the accommodations in the Shipmaster development. It is close to the beach and within easy drives to stores, restaurants, etc. The owner of the townhome, Lynn Price, was just as nice and accommodating as she could be. She was very responsive to texts and wanted to ensure our expectations and needs were exceeded in every way. She achieved success! We are looking forward to returning and have decided to try to make this an annual family event, at the exact same place, with the same owner! Just a very nice experience!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head but not our last. This home was so well equipped, was in the best location and Lynn couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. Shipyard is beautiful. Its quiet and beautifully maintained.

Our stay was great. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. House was exactly as pictured. I would only suggest more detailed description of amenities upon check in. Host does give good tips but when you are new to the area you have no idea where “beach lockers” are as there are multiple beaches nearby. Parking was a little confusing because it’s right next to resort parking but overall was very pleased!

Another great family vacation
We've vacationed in Hilton Head for about 19 years, always in Shipyard, so we've stayed at many different condos, villas, and townhomes. This townhome is now one of our favorites. Our host, Lynn, reached out to us before, during, and after our trip to let us know she was willing to help with whatever we needed. As it turns out, we did not need anything because our townhome was well-stocked and met our every expectation. We had such a wonderful time and miss it already.
