My partner and I had a terrible stay at this facility.
On the first night, we got locked out of our room because the key card could'nt open the door. I took 2 unsuccessful trips down to reception who could not 'reset' the card. Finally had to wait ten minutes sitting out in the hallway for the head porter who apparently was the only one with a master key to open the door for us.
Enter the room and the door has to be slammed shut because it's misaligned.
Lock on the inside doesn't work and the deadbolt is just a piece of dangling chain... not functional.
Call back to reception and they sent the same porter to explain that we are safe with the door unlocked because noone else has the master key but him - so reassuring.
No safe in the room as shown on the booking.
Big chips of cement had fallen off around the door frame (I'm guessing from all the slamming).
Fittings in the bathroom had come loose and almost falling off... I wish I could share pictures.
Not ideal at all in my books.
Credit to the restaurant staff who were excellent and the front desk lady who did her best to reset our key card.
