The mattress and pillows in our room need replacing, they’re so uncomfortable & sunk in the middle of mattress. Could hear the comings & goings of the other guests on our floor too. For the price we paid it should had cleaning of room/replacing of used towels daily

Beautifully renovated room, great service, so clean and neat. Birdcage bar was great. The air conditioner in our room was SO loud, kept us awake all night, extremely uncomfortable having a very loud sound all night. We told staff and they said ‘everyone complains’

We stayed at Wrest Point for a week and really enjoyed it. The bed was huge the shower great and the room large. We had a fantastic harbour view and spent a lot of time looking at it as there was a lot of activity . Each day we walked into the city or took the bus along Sandy Bay which was cheap and easy. The food options were varied and at night we had fun with cocktails at the Birdcage Bar. We are planning to visit again.

Terrific location to view the fireworks for NYE, we stayed a couple of days and also got to experience the Aurora Australis from the large picture windows in the well maintained bedrooms. Staff all very hospitable, great gaming areas & plenty of dining options. Will stay again, thank you!

Great time
We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade from Waterfront room to a Tower room with harbour views. Had great views of the Derwent River and able to see some of the Sydney to hHobart yachts coming up the river. Staff were all friendly, food was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for more.

As older fairly fit and mobile guests (74 and 87) we had to be very careful getting in and out of the shower bay with the high step to the small bath with shower over. Next time will ask for walk in shower.

I stayed in the Wrest Point motel which is adjacent to the tower. The rooms were large, if now looking a little 90's. My room was beautifully clean and the shower was great.

Wrest point is an amazing destination with a variety of restaurants and bars, activities such as mini golf, and comfortable waters edge rooms. The only downside we found was whilst the bathrooms are renovated they don’t function efficiently and aren’t cleaned well.
