Oh boy, where to start. We requested an early check-in and were told no, even though the hotel clearly wasn’t busy. The first room we were given had black hairs all over the floor, mold in the shower, filthy vents, and spots of mold on the curtains. It was honestly uncomfortable to even unpack. The so-called “renovations” are just cosmetic cover-ups, paint and wallpaper over old, worn-out features. For Hilton’s prices, that’s unacceptable. On top of that, there were no real amenities. A microwave was an extra $50, parking was $55 per day (plus tips), and resort fees were another $50 daily. It felt like every little thing came with a surcharge; nickeled and dimed at every turn. We also asked for a late checkout, were granted a measly one hour, and then got a call just ten minutes after the original checkout time asking why we hadn’t left yet. Between the poor cleanliness, cheap “upgrades,” and constant extra charges, I felt taken advantage of. For the price point and Hilton’s reputation, this was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be staying with Hilton again.

Our stay was awesome everything close by.. very clean with friendly staff check in and out was a breeze. The only thing i wish they had self park for When you plan to be in and out multiple times or come back to the room for a quick stop. But over all it was a perfect stay
