I stay here quite a bit as I live on an adjacent island in Hawaii and frequent Oahu for business. The staff is always great and very welcoming. I see quite a few customers using the fee shuttle to and from the airport and that is one of the perks that most hotels do not offer on Oahu. The restaurant and bar on the hotel property makes for easy dining options; not to mention the convenient store that is also present.

It was fine for a bare bones hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to airport with a shuttle and it has free parking if you are renting a car. Room is very plain with no frills so don't expect fancy in any way. There is a small bar and a Chinese restaurant on site. Also, it is in an industrial area. Id stay there again.

While the staff were lovely, the premises are quite run down. We were allocated a room on the top level (level 3) which was being directly hit by the afternoon sun, so very hot when we arrived. The air conditioning was struggling. The staff did their darndest to try and fix the air conditioning but it did not really work. So a very hot night was spent.

Perfect place for murder mystery
This place was pretty awful. Ive seen horror movies with better looking rooms (and thats after the murder scene). The door had no prejudices - all rodents are welcome!

Room smelt strongly of disinfectant. Pool not open until nine. I wanted to swim between two long flights. Driver of shuttle could have come into lobby to help with suitcase, instead rudely beckoned from outside of heavy swing doors. I was the only passenger and I am 78 years old.
