TLDR: House was well furnished and beds were comfortable. Dishwasher was broken for the duration of our stay, and no real solutions were offered by the owners. They refunded 4% of the total cost of our stay. Communication and response time were 12+ hours, or completely ignored. WiFi only allows five connected devices at a time.
Long version: This house has a great location. It is easy to get to major attractions around town. It is the upstairs only of a house, there is another unit downstairs. The couches and beds are comfortable, and there is a lot of space for families. While we were there, the dishwasher was broken. This is obviously not ideal for a vacation rental, and washing all dishes by hand for seven people was not something we wanted to do on vacation. The property managers offered no real solutions, and eventually completely stopped responding to messages. They ended up refunding 4% of the total cost of our stay, which was laughable. We were told they are not authorized to do anything else until the owner comes back 3 weeks later. We also had constant problems connecting to the internet until they finally told us the WiFi only allows five devices at a time. For a house that advertises sleeping eight+ people, this is a little problematic. We haven’t ever had such poor communication at a short term rental. Still waiting on a response or solution from the actual property owner.
