"For a 5 star hotel the service could be better and especially for that money. In some cases the staff at the reception were unable to provide information regarding ski areas/ski schools. There were also some cheeky answers. They charged over €10 for a Pepsi to the room and far too much was charged for a gravel parking spot that was icy."
