Our room was as described. Had everything we needed. Very clean property! Only downfalls were the noise level outside (we were on floor 2 in a corner room and the windows aren’t very soundproof from the tram on two sides for pretty much the entire night. Sounded like bad thunder very often. Ear plugs were provided but not used to sleeping with them) and the $18/person, all you can eat, European style breakfast buffet (they couldn’t keep the food stocked fast enough and they weren’t necessarily packed with people) Would stay again if we could be guaranteed a higher floor.

Enjoyed our stay, great hotel! Only issue we had is it was not that quiet. Our room was right over a main road and we could hear all traffic and music from surrounding buildings. However, this would not stop me from staying here again.

The staff at the reception was rude either on the phone they was so disrespectful and didn’t hear to my request and hang up on me and in person the receptionist was lazy and not professional we asked her if we paid for breakfast she was too lazy to recheck on our reservation just says no and the next morning when we went to pay for breakfast they told us by another receptionist that we already paid for it. The room was clean tho. But the staff terrible!

Great stay !

Had a great experience. Wasn’t too noisy, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean! I would definitely stay here again. I did wish they told us what time breakfast ended but other than that, it was a great stay

Cute room & cute hotel. it was raining outside so we didn’t walk anywhere but it was A GREAT LOCATION lots of food places near by from fast food to steakhouse. I would definitely stay again

Wry nice in the amenities I appreciate. Decent bed, good pillows, clean, well lit, very nice shower and quiet temperature control system. Hard to find places for a small breakfast or lunch nearby. Valet pretty expensive
