The hotel staff were outstanding!!! There was only 1 elevator working for all guests. The food was terrible. I had a huge bug in my room and they thoughtfully moved me to another room where the toilet was broken and they had to come fix that so yeah that was my experience

First room was a disaster, tv didn’t work so the desk manager came up to fix it and wiggled the coax cable and it came on. The mini fridge didn’t work and he said he would send someone up in the morning but never showed. The shower didn’t work properly , it just dribbled out water. The room needed some TLC, chipped paint, stains, caulking etc. The next morning l asked for a new room and the lady at the front desk obliged and that room was much better. The exit doors to the parking lots stay open most of the time which makes the hotel an easy target for crime and homeless. The complimentary breakfast was good and they give you two free drinks at the bar and snacks between 5:30 and 7:00 which was cool. Stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and was in better shape.

Whenever we stay in Houston this is where we stay. The rooms are always clean and they smell so good and fresh mThe bed linens are calways smell so good.The breakfast is great, my husband especially loves that there i someone making made to.order omelets.

We stayed here one night during Hurricane Beryl. During the day, it seems pretty safe. At night, we saw lots of shady characters in and around the parking lot. I had a horrible time trying to reach the front desk to confirm my reservation. No one would ever answer the phone. They were overwhelmed due to the hurricane. I want to give a shout out to the night manager. He went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. He was patient and kind. Thank you!!!

Property was clearly managed poorly, the pool had mirky water as well as the hot-tub, they claimed my original room was no longer available although there was clearly plenty of vacancies. We always stay at Embassy suites when we vacation, this was by far the worst one we've stayed at. Karen the bartender was amazing..

Troubled stay
Checking in. I had to arrive one day late due to flight cancellation and hurricane. When I was checking in they sai the reservation was cancelled. And had a lot of problems before finally checking me in. On 1- th afternoon someone called me and said i had to vacate the room by evening though i had booking until the 12 th. I felt harrassed. The property also looks run down compared to earlier times
