We had to stay at the hotel because our flight was cancelled. Location was very convenient since we didn’t need to drive anywhere and stayed at the airport. We did not have our luggage and did not have access to toiletries. It would be nice for the hotel to provide at least a toothbrush with a little toothpaste and a brush to be able to take care of ourselves in the morning.

Not accessible!!

Very disappointed! We paid 500$ to have an accessible room at the Houston airport. I paid for roll in shower and accessible accommodation. They put us in a regular room … not accessible at all. Hopefully we get a refund for this brutal mistake. Luckily I had my children to help lift my husband. And no grab bars either. He is a quadriplegic so this expensive stay was not worth the huge price tag!!

Good overall, but there could be more dining options. The hotel offers a variety of southwest food which i can understand, but they seem to have forgotten that they are catering to a wide variety of customers from all over the world. The meal choices should be expanded to cover different styles of cooking. Not everyone likes, or can eat peppers, for example.

Located at the airport, making it the most convenient hotel for someone making an overnight flight connection. A bit confusing to find the little subway tram which takes you to the hotel and upon exiting the tram there is no clear directional signage to the reception. Though I “checked in” online I still had to wait in line to check in, show ID and credit card. What’s the point of online check-in if one has to wait in line to check in again? Room was quiet, clean and comfortable, but one has ti pay for wifi access if not a Marriott club member.
