The property was fine. It met our needs. However, want you to know that the information on what to do with Trash, and Linens differ from your posted information and what the homeowner had posted on the refrigerator.Homeowner had posted to leave the sheets on and run and empty the dishwasher.You posted: Strip the bedsheets, and start dishwasher and leave.Also, I had inquired about trash removal from the home. Your staff (via text) said that there is NO trash service. While the homeowner posted that trash is picked up on Thursdays.While not a deal breaker, correct information would have been helpful.

Great stay for a fishing tournament weekend!

The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Great house, neat, tidy and clean. Close to boat launch pad, docks and community pool and beach. Quiet cove, our grandchildren enjoyed and learned to kayak. Made many family memories during our two week stay.

Loved this house. Location was great, boat ramp behind house was very convenient. There’s a dock but not much of one which is one of the homes only negatives. Serves its purpose for docking your boat but not for relaxing or entertaining. House is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

First time at Smith Mt Lake

Beautiful home and location was great. We happened to be right across the road from the pool which was perfect for the grandkids! Plenty of room for us with the exception of the upstairs living room , it could not comfortably sit all of us in the evening . Only one sofa. Porch rail stairs to the deck was broken and roped off but during the week we noticed one afternoon it was repaired. Our king bed was extremely comfy but my daughter said her mattress was too soft for her and switched rooms. Other then that we had a great time and would def recommend that home in VRBO!

Kid and Boat Friendly

Well-stocked and welcoming! This was a lovely property in an excellent location. We were pleased to find kid-amenities, like a high chair, pack n play, and baby gate for our toddler. Our preschooler LOVED finding the ‘secret’ toy closet in the basement. We appreciated having the boat slip for our rental.

Beautiful home just one issue

The home was beautiful I just hate that I had to go out and purchase towels and linen when it was supposed to be included already someone dropped the ball and didn’t supply and I tried reaching out all weekend left voicemails and emails still no response 
 hopefully They will reimburse me the money I paid for the linens and towels fee

R & R Perfection

Our stay was all that we hoped for! Orr at Waterways is a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable totally accommodating home. We definitely will be back and would highly recommend! Thank you to the owners for opening their home and to VRBO for making the reservation and check in process so easy!

Wonderful stay in Huddleston

The house was immaculately clean. It was very spacious inside. The deck overlooked the lake inlet where we spent many hours reading and playing acoustic guitars. The water was very close so we could put our Kayaks in easily each day. We met many nice people, one of which took me and my 3 brothers out on pontoon boat to see the entire lake. Nice.

The property location, cleanliness, and comfortably were great and as advertised. We had one minor disappointment with the community pool not being open, which was one on the reasons of choosing this wonderful property, the kids would have enjoyed after dinner in evenings. Orr House was Awesome

The Orr House was clean, spacious, had lots of amenities, and lots of great things were available to make our stay comfortable. The house was also in a great location. The rental managers were easy to get in touch with and super friendly helpful and professional. My one and only issue was that we could not use the boat lift in the dock slip. I would recommend noting in the listing that the lift is not available. We enjoyed a 5-star stay. Thank you very much!

Beautiful Getaway on the Lake!

My family (5 adults and 2 children) spent a long weekend at this home and loved every minute! The home was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-appointed and had every appliance/utensil/etc. you could ever want! The deck offered an amazing view of the lake; the fan on the deck was a huge added bonus, making dining outside even in the sun very comfortable. We rented a boat from Mitchell's Point Marina (outstanding customer service and convenient access from the house) and had no problem with the on-site dock. Our stay was fabulous!!

Quick getaway for family

The property was great. We rented the property as a quick last minute getaway for my son's 19th birthday. Fun time. We took kayaks, paddleboards and cornhole for entertainment. We also rented a couple of jet skis for the day on Sunday. Linsey and the RSI team were very responsive ot all of my questions and very accommodating for the renta. Would definitely consider rented the property again.
