King Room we had stayed in was very clean and brought up to modern standards. My wife and I decided to use the spa/hottub facility in pool area. My wife and I waited for hottub users finish with the hottub as it was full of bathers. While waiting and sitting at table in pool area, I noticed the ant infestation on the pool deck and ants were attacking our feet. After that we finally got to use the hottub and few minutes of use I seen hairball floating in the water and water seem to not be very clear. After this seeing this grosseness, my wife and I exited the hottub. We told front desk and said he would pass it on to our concerns to managment but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience we went thru.

This hotel was 'meh'.

The hotel room was clean, but several things were broken or poorly maintained in the room: shower handle came off, bathroom fan not working properly, heater/ac unit not working properly, fridge not cold and freezer not usable, tv not working properly. In addition our hotel room card deactivated before our scheduled checkout time, the pool tables were not open when advertised, and the restaurant was closed. But it seemed clean so good job to the cleaning staff.

Great Value

Great hotel, especially for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean, great shower. Has fun amenities with a bowling alley and pool tables. Pool/hot tub is great as well. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel for the fire and ice festival, the room and beds were comfy but the noise level at late hours was unacceptable with kids running up and down the hall out side our room. Parking is limited and inconvenient as they run a bowling alley open to the public so there is no space for Paying guests at the hotel. Staff are rude about it as well. The hair dryer was also full of hair. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again!

Very busy weekend with the fire and ice festival, the staff was extremely helpful and polite despite how busy they were. Also got free tickets to the festival with our stay! Bricebridge is a beautiful town and this was a nice comfortable weekend getaway.

Good pick for a night away from Toronto! While we did not have a chance to use the facilities, the retro swimming pool weight room were neat to see. There are also bowling lanes in the building (separate fees apply).
