Ironbridge Estate is two homes available together for your party of 60 guests retreats.
The larger of the two homes boasts 32 beds with two full bunkrooms and 12 bathrooms.
The second home on the property holds 21 beds with two smaller bunkrooms and 5 bathrooms. The second home has an indoor basketball/pickleball court and a mini golf course in the backyard. As well as a private pool, shared between the homes, and a hot tub.

To access the larger property, guests will be given a door access code and will need to enter the larger property by using the door on the far left side of the garage.
To access the smaller property, guests will use the same access code to open the front door.
Community Info - Here is the information on the Aerie Community and Parking. You may park in the garage, driveway, or around the back where there is room. The large additional Parking area is currently under development. There is no parking on the front street. Clubhouse/Community Pool hours are from 7 am-10 pm. The hot tub is heated year round. The two other pools are not being heated until the end of March. An exercise room is available. Garbage cans are emptied Thursday morning. Our on-site guys come around Wednesday evening and bring cans to the curb if the cans are not already out. Groceries and other supplies are at Walmart, which is 5 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west or 15 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10, as well as other locations around town. This beautiful European inspired community has 2 pickleball courts, a lap pool, swim pool, hot tub, grass fields, and hedges throughout.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
