The property was a beautiful place to stay. Everything mostly felt new/nearly new and clean. A few hairs on the wall in the bathroom and their were white dog hairs on the blanket and headboard that stuck to my clothing. While I love doggy friendly options, just wish the blanket had been washed after. Maybe a better system needed for where to leave blankets that are used during stay... main frustration was zero communication from the management co. No email with check in instructions, or code to get in. I was forced to download their own app once getting to the property, trying to call the number on the door and not getting anyone. I asked a question through the VRBO app a week before arriving and no one ever responded. And, there were no instructions inside the house (when most leave a binder in the house for basic instructions or recommendations nearby). Overall, it was fine bc I had enough service to download the management company’s app, but they really should have included the info in the VRBO app, since that’s where I made the booking.
