First, we couldn't get our keys to work....2 sets not working. Second, we had to move rooms because the ac and TV didn't work. The safety bar in the shower was missing and the room was dirty. The night staff (after 10) was AMAZING in making the sure the new room was up to par. Then when we booked a second night, we were supposed to change rooms but that room was dirty too, so we stayed where we were.
The young girl at the front desk was extremely rude, charged us (unauthorized mind you) for another person who DID NOT STAY but she assumed she did, so charged our card without our knowledge. She did this even though she was told by other staff that our guest left. Throughout our stay we had to leave our door open most of the time because every key (5 total) this young girl gave us stopped working within a couple hours. When we were told we could have late check out (with no charge) this young girl, again charged our card without our knowledge.
The hot tubs didn't work, again; been that way 2 months. When we asked about turning them on we were told, by this young girl, that the maintenance man was the one to do it and he wasnt there. All she did was shrug her shoulder and say no when we asked about whether she could call him.
Breakfast was limited because they didn't have the supplies needed, but again, night staff did their best to accommodate.
We are waiting to discuss these issues with the owner. We've been staying here 5 yrs...never had any trouble until the last 2 months
