This hotel inadvertently gave another guest key card access to our room, and that person entered our hotel room unexpectedly. It was very traumatic for both my boyfriend and me, as it was late in the evening and we were in a comprising position at the time the other guest entered the room with the key card. We reported to the hotel manager immediately. I also sent a message to Marriott on their website but have not received a response. Very disappointing because this is a beautiful hotel and has been one of my favorites; however, such mismanagement that leads to a privacy breach is absolutely unacceptable.
