Absolutely horrible

Hotel was disgusting. Room was gross and dirty. Mold on the bedside table. Urine on the wall. Beds were not neatly made. Floors have not been vacuumed. There were French fries in the hallway all weekend long and never got cleaned up. Went for the pool and the pool was ice cold because their heater went out. People just running around at all times of the night I’m pretty sure the owners are living in it. Homeless man was sleeping at the entry way as well. Just horrible all together

Wasted Key cash

The room was absolutely awful for the amount of key cash credit wasted. The entire hotel reeked of mildew and pee, and there was dirt and trash littered throughout the hallways. Our room was acceptable for what it was although it smelt heavy of ammonia. However, the jetted jacuzzi tub did not match the pictures on the hotels app and me and my wife believe we were given the wrong room. To avoid any conflict we just accepted it for what it was. The tub on e turned on blew out what looked like dirt and paint chips into the water. We did not use it after that.

we stayed for an event at Lucas stadium staff was was good, first room was horrible blood on wall, and one of the beds unmade no pillow cases staff switched rooms right away and apologized 2nd room decent floors sticky and not swept beds decent hard, and bathroom had no vent but cleaned enough, its not a 5 star hotel but reasonable for a one night stay. pool seemed to be up and running didnt use, breakfast seemed ok we decided not to eat no fruit, had waffle maker some yogurt you get what you paid for ran down needs tons of updating bed covers mattress covers torn mattresses old and stained sheets were clean though.

Stay somewhere else! I picked this property because it was affordable and offered indoor pool and hot tub. Well it was affordable but that’s about it. No hot tub at all..that needs to be updated online. The pool doesn’t heat so it’s unusably cold and the whole area smells bad. The room wasn’t clean. Stains everywhere. Slight odor when u walk in. The showers were room temperature and so grimy and run down I almost waited to shower the 2 nights until I came home. The ice machine doesn’t work u have to change floors and then u get little black specs in the ice. Overall not a great experience would not recommend. Lots of affordable options in the area I will go to next time.

It was somewhere to stay…

Certainly not the cleanest or most accomodating property. Asked for extra towels since we only had two small towels and two hand towels for a jetted tub king “suite” room, and were told there was “an adequate amount of towels in every room”. There were stains on our sheets, on the floor, on the mattress (without a pad/protector!), in the tub, on the counters, pretty much everywhere. Our sheets had holes in them, and really weren’t great outside of that. We didn’t feel comfortable turning the jets on in the tub due to the aforementioned cleanliness issues. But, it was a semi-cheap room for the nights we needed it. Easy to get into Indy. If you want somewhere to stay with little else but decent access to get downtown if you’re driving, then this would work. If you want literally any frills where you stay, then avoid this place.

This place was a dump! The pool was out of service, the sheets were blood stained, the floor hadn't been swept. The condition and cleanliness was unbelievably bad. Worst I've ever seen. The front desk clerk possibly manager explained she shouldn't expect a clean room at this price point. DID NOT STAY!

I didn't stay asked for a refund after they informed me i had to pay a deposit for incidentals. I asked for a refund. I checked my credit they did give me a refund. But then charged me again.
