Great Family Gathering
Our family came to celebrate our daughter graduating from Schreiner University. It was a great house for the family to get together and celebrate our graduate. Although the weather was drizzly, we used the pool and the hot tub was a big hit. Although the kitchen was small, we were able to make it work. We all loved the house and had enough room to enjoy ourselves. If you are looking for a house with room for a family, this is your place!

Great place to stay in the Texas Hill Country
I stayed here for a long weekend with my groomsmen. I was getting married that weekend. With so much going on, it was great to have a VRBO host who was so flexible and friendly. The place is a amazing. We made full use of the pool, hot tub, and view. Hopefully we get to stay here again! Absolutely loved it.

Perfect Girl's Getaway Weekend
The property was amazing! Views were fantastic. We watched a beautiful lightening show out then huge two story windows! The layout was helpful because it allowed privacy when needed for some of our guests. And the property managers were totally AWESOME!!! We had a little electrical issue with the water pump due to ants but they came right away. The stayed after dark and make sure it was fixed and that we were all satisfied! One very small suggestion is more hooks in the bathrooms and even in the pool area. Thanks for everything!!!

Fabulous Hill Country Home
Our moms + kids crew had a wonderful stay for our end our summer trip. We had 5 moms and a bunch of kids (ages 3-13) and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The layout is great and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make big meals. The pool is amazing! The photo doesn't do the pool justice. So nice to have the BIG pool on the blazing days of summer. The house is comfortable, clean, and nice and big. The property manager was great to work with too. We'll be back!

Indulgence exists and we enjoyed it!
Amazing stay at a fabulous property with outstanding host. We spent Christmas weekend with our cousins and our teenage children, a total of 3 families. The whole group fit in the dining table and the family room. The decor, natural light and comfortable furniture were great. We enjoyed plenty of spaces to hang out (all of us and also in separate groups), including multiple outdoor spaces and fire pits. The view, jacuzzi and a fabulous pool area made us feel as we were in paradise. Adding that the property not only offers view to the river but also grants private access is fantastic. It opens opportunities for hiking barbecuing, fishing and swimming. How about cooking and grilling? Well… The kitchen is open with astonishing leathered granite countertops, top of the art appliances including a professional style Viking stove with built in downdraft ventilation system, wine cooler, and an outdoor Blackstone cooking station. And the rooms? Amazing decor, beautiful comforters, more pillows than you ever dream and cloud-comfort mattresses for the restful sleep. All in all, we want to go back, and Jenn and her husband made our stay even better by taking care of our suggestions and needs in a timely manner. They helped us with delightful kindness. Almost perfect means, room for improvement. Here’s my suggestion. While I understand the importance of saving water for the environment, the shower heads had a lot of pressure making the shower a bit unpleasant. We hope they change the shower heads before we rent the house again!

Great house for a getaway
Every year we have a tradition: same group of girlfriends rent a house with a pool in the hill country to bond and catch up. This served all our needs exponentially! Great stay for multigenerational family
We rented this property for family members getting together for a family reunion in Stonewall. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our group of 13. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone loved the soft bamboo linens. The younger kiddos were fine on the queen sized air mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were so many nice options to sit outside and enjoy the view - tables with umbrellas and lots of bar height chairs on both the upper deck and by the pool. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. We are already thinking of adding an additional day when we get the dates for the next reunion. I also really appreciate working with Jennifer and her efforts to accommodate our request to check in early. Getting two hours added to our check out time this morning allowed us to have a leisurely breakfast out on the deck where we enjoyed seeing the cardinals. Thanks!!

Spring break 2022
Great location for many day trips options. All beds are super comfy, and two kitchens and two living rooms allow the teens/kids to have separate space from the adults. The hot tub is new and a great addition to the property. To cool to use the pool, but we enjoyed hanging out on all decks and patios.
