It is a great place right off the freeway. The good was good. The only thing that is bad is the parking! We arrived around 6pm. No parking so I had to park across the street. It would have been fine if it wasnt just me walking back! Hahahahaha.

Two staff members were present for check-in. Male refused to offer any assistance to the female who had, clearly, not been properly trained. Had two meals, at the bar, in the restaurant. The bar was 50% full, yet three servers and one manager had to be flagged down for any needs. One male bartender was working harder than other four staff members.

Modern hotel with good amenities. It was in a quieter area of town, easy to walk to from the train station but still only a few minutes from the city center. Behind the property is the walking trail along the River Ness which was great as we could follow the trail & it brings us to many sights in Inverness. The room itself was very clean & spacious for my husband and I, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property when in Inverness because of the great location, cleanliness & good service.I wouldn't recommend dining at the in-house restaurant though because service can be slow.

The AC Hotel by Marriott had a great location and walkable from the train station. Close to the city center with amazing river views. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Inverness. Restaurant and bar was very good and staff very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel in the heart of Inverness. It was easy to walk to every place we wanted to go. The hotel is near all kinds of great restaurants and shops, and also conveniently near the both the train station and the bus station.

Love, love, loved this hotel! Breakfast buffett was delicious for roughly 20$ usd per person. The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and bed was comdortable. Showers were clean and hot. Staff was very friendly!

All the staff were friendly and professional. Our room #349 has a weird ceiling and my husband needed to be careful not to bump his head on the window-side of the room. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very nice too.
The inside of the fabulous Leaky's Used Book Store, just around the corner from the hotel.

Couples trip

Only one person on check in so very slow. One of the lifts was out of order so had a bit of a wait. The room was very small but had low eaves so kept hitting my head. They did say we could have changed rooms but queue at reception made this challenging.
