Avoid this property and any property managed by My Property Host
On the fifth day of our seven day stay (a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend) the electricity went off in the apartment. The breakers were fine and the rest of the building had power. Multiple calls to My Property Host went to an answering service and no appearance by the location manager. No lights, no cooking, no hot water and no shower. Slept in a dark apartment that night (it got too late to find a hotel. Two calls on Sunday got no response from a manager. Moved out a day early to a hotel. (We let the clerk who answered know we were leaving and wanted a manager to call us.). Radio silence (phone/email) since from My Property Host concerning our request for two nights’ refund. I guess electricity and hot water are not part of the rental agreement.
Again, if My Property Host is the manager of the apartment avoid it at all costs.
