Islander Resort offers 114 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature iPod docking stations and MP3 docking stations. Rooms open to lanais. Beautiful resort and wonderful staff. Very happy we stayed here and wonderful suite. The views and activities were fabulous. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Best pool we had been in on the whole trip.

Beautiful newly renovated resort. Accommodations were very nice and restaurant and bar were great. Beach was shallow and rocky and not very good for swimming and off shore snorkeling.

This is not an inexpensive resort but is a decent value. The property is huge with pools, beach, bars, and several activities (fishing pier, bikes, snorkeling gear, volleyball, etc. it is centrally located on Islamorada to restaurants and marinas.

I was pleasantly surprised at what it looked like. It was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and looks like they just remodeled with all new furniture. They have so many amenities, even fishing poles. My husband caught a baby shark off the pier. We had a regular king size bed room with the view of the tropical plants. It came with a huge patio. The only negative things I would say and it is only nik picking is that they need to pick up garbage around the beach area and the bathroom needs caulking.

Great place to stay for couples as well as families It's a big property but feels small. Plenty of activities. Everything here is fairly new. Rooms were clean. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Islander Resort is a great place to relax in Islamorada. It has several on site restaurants, a pool, a private beach, a fishing pier, and water sports options. I went in January and the weather was a bit chilly, but I would return in hotter weather to take full advantage of it. They were very accommodating to my service dog. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was above and beyond! Upon finding it was my husband’s 70th birthday and all of his girls were flying in to surprise him they could not have been more accommodating! The property is beautifully landscaped with many thoughtful sitting areas to read a book or simply enjoy the surroundings. The room had a warm, tropical and very inviting feel not to mention a spacious outdoor patio. I will undoubtedly book again next year!

Beautiful resort

This is a beautiful property. I loved the pools, the chairs by the ocean, large room, friendly staff especially the lady at the pool towel hut. Wish I would have caught her name so I could call her out because she was an encourager. She found something positive to say about everyone. Now for the not so good. We had to have an access code for the tv, I called front desk soon after check in and asked for the code, she told me she would have to send maintenance to our room. Maintenance never came and we stayed two nights and paid quite a bit for our partial ocean view room. At check in they gave me two tokens for free drinks at Tides. We went to Tides and requested a virgin strawberry daiquiri and a pina colada. We were told we could only get free drinks with alcohol in them. Really??? We paid for our virgin drinks because we didn’t want the alcohol. That’s not a good way to do business. I told the front desk about this when I checked out and she agreed with me however, she didn’t take the price of the two drinks off our bill. Other than these two issues, I would say this place is perfect.
