Arrived at 8 pm,rude receptionist say hotel full

Arrived at 8 pm,rude receptionist say hotel full waited for two more hours then after my insisting to offer another room, at of course cheaper hotel. another far location, then lost all my plans on that area. terrible experience and very rude receptionist

Arrived at 8 pm , the young receptionist was rude

The second I gave him my ID and Expedia confirmation, he goes like the hotel is fully booked, go somewhere else He speaks little English, I explained that this is already a paid reservation, his reply the Hotel is full go somewhere else after trying to call Expedia from International line with no success, he saw my determination, so he booked somewhere else with different location and grade Was totally disaster will never book again
