Not a 5-star experience but definitely okay
Not a 5-star experience as we hoped for. None helped us with the bags, front desk service was not super, they were uninformed, inattentive and not eager to assist. They also met us when we came with a bit of a lousy attitude and told us that we looked very tired. Spa was great, super service and friendly staff, not the greatest spa comfort and atmosphere but definitely happy with the visit there anyway. We did the Turkish spa treatment. Great view from the roof too restaurant. Beautiful and spacious hotel room. Beds in the rooms were super comfortable. bathroom was great. However there was a light in the room that couldn’t be shut off so we had to sleep with that light on.

Great hotel in great location with spectacular view of Bosporous. Everything you’d need is within walking distance. Very close public transport. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly and great at providing service. Ayhan and Zeynel were awesome! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel and our room was quiet clean. Only we had some problems with the several mosquitos inside the room. Unfortunately hotel could not provide any mosquito repellent instrument during our stay. Also we could not watch the Football match Europe Cup from our regular TRT 1 channel. And the last thing was car parking i paid 1400 TL for 2 days staying. Which was the first time i paid fee for my car to the hotel i was staying.

Lovely Stay with Courteous Staff
This is a brand new hotel- the rooms were very clean and the restaurants/bars on the rooftop are gorgeously decorated with stunning views and delicious food. The staff was all very courteous and helpful, particularly the food servers! This was our first time visiting Istanbul and we found this area to be a nice base although it is very lively at night so be prepared for noise (we used an app on our phone to sleep so didn’t find it a problem). For the price, we felt this hotel was absolutely a fantastic value for the money and has a wonderful one week stay!

This hotel is exceptionally well located, easily accesible from any direction. The ferries to and from all directions leaving and arriving to the Ortaköy pier which is very close to the hotel are a big okus to avoid land traffic. Highly recommended
