Ideally located, family friendly,

5 min walking distance from the main road with shops/restaurants, and 10-15 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque! Shops around hotel close in the evening, so it is very calm and quiet at night. Extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of options, and appreciate room service providing additional large bottle of water with cleanup. Also easy to use airport shuttle service to make travel logistics easier!

Their breakfast was great, had a variety of foods. The manager was outstanding, very friendly and so very kind, and helpful. I felt at home with him as if iknew him for a long time.Located very near to the grand bazaar, and near to many shops

The area around the hotel has shoe wholesale shops, not a typical touristy or residential area. Though it felt completely safe. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Hotel itself is nice and clean. Very good breakfast on a rooftop terrace.

Staffs were really great. Me and my friend have 5 luggages and it was hard to bring them up to stairs but they helped us, both when we arrive and when we leave. And room was clean. And one thing that i liked most was the room have security alarm (idk if other hotels have this). If I closed door and somebody tried to open it the alarm will ring. Breakfast was good especially the cakes. Location was also convenient. We mostly walked but took a bus and metro few times but it is also close to the both stations.

Hotel was in great location, staff was very helpful and supportive. Location was great for transport, food and shopping. The breakfast option was fabulous and a very good spread. Only downside was the ac. This did not work very well. We bought a fan which made the stay easier. Overall as great hotel, would recommend and stay again

My main issue was the refusal of management to entertain requests to refund my money. We had an unforeseen change to the number of people in our traveling party and needed one less room. But the management point blank refused to entertain a partial cancellation and refund, and just kept pointing back to the “non-refundable” conditions of our booking. This seems to be standard practice in Turkiye though. But I am accustomed to much more flexibility by hotels to accommodate common but unforeseen changes like this. Do better please!

Good experience

The hotel building nice, the staff and the managers very helpful. (Manager Ramzan particularly very helpful.) Hotel location is very convenient for the Grand Bazaar, and the Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque only a short wak away. The downside is that the the hotel is located within the wholesale shoes market therefore, the surrounding streets are closed for yellow taxis and some other traffics during certain hours in the days, consequently you may have to walk a few hundred meters up or down from your drop off point to get to the hotel, or from the hotel to get to your taxi pick-up point. If you are not fit enough or have a mobility issue then this can be a disadvantage. The staff, the service, and the hotel itself- very good. 👍🙂
