Great location within walking distance of the Grand bazaar and other sites. The rooms are modern while the hotel maintains its historic character. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Green energy hotel
Hotel was dated, what’s amazing is that it uses 100% green energy. Shoit out to one of the staff named David, he even walked us to the nearby restaurant to have dinner as we checked in real late. Breakfast spread is mediocre.

Its an ok place
This hotel is very clean and located in a great location. The issues we had were customer service except one individual who was very nice. They say, tea and coffee in common area but there are none. We went to get tea at the restaurant and willing to pay for it and tgey refused to serve. No coffe makers in the room. Price hugh for what they offer

I booked this hotel only because Turkish Airline, which is excellent, provided a free stop over night there, so I booked additional 4 nights to save the hassle of changing hotels. I was under assumption that this was a 4-star hotel. It is not. The hotel is very dated and tired. The steps leading to the foyer are all broken. The furnishings are circa 70s, well worn and in need of replacement. We were given a room with three single beds, even though we booked queen. The free breakfast was so terrible that we chose to eat at a lovely restaurant across the road. Turkey has beautiful food, however not at this hotel. When we asked for directions, the hotel staff informed us that the information is down the road, where you can buy maps etc. This information centre, 10 minutes away, is always closed. Turkish airways is letting its reputation down with this hotel.
