Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful. They find out from my booking that it was my birthday so they brought cake and wish me hapoy birthday. Place is very close to blue mosque, less tha 5 mins walk and also close to shopping area and food places.

10/10 experience. Receptionist was lovely, no complains at all. The blue mosque is a 5 min walk away alongside all the ok priced restaurants. Don’t go to the one around the corner, they are expensive.

A very pleasant stay, the hotel was a bit dated and the room had a dry water patch there wasn'ta tv ( which doesn't worry me but may do for some)there was a room safe.... , stairs for some could be a bit tricky..( a spiral type) . The staff were really helpful and friendly , the hotel is situated in a back street which is cobbled, but a 3-5 minute walk from the blue mosque/ hagia sofia

The property is really well located in the centre of Sultanahmet. Lots of food options nearby and the area was always very lively. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms could be more clean but overall room was clean.

It was a small property but overall reasonable. However some issues happened related to A/C cooling which affected the systems and created discomfort. The hotel however did tried to arrange fans for us to somehow manage the 2 nights and as a consolation arranged airport transfer for us themselves. So for us since that A/C was out of their control I’ll give them a benefit of doubt. However they’ll need to improve their housekeeping services as for a 9.0 rates hotel the housekeeping was very poor

This is a decent hotel with many facilities available, and breakfast is included. The staff is very helpful- they helped carry our luggage in and out, arranged for cabs, tours etc. The family suite was big enough for 4 and clean. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The area outside the hotel is not the most clean and tidy, but that’s true for almost all hotels in the old city.
