Good luck with that wifi

I stayed two nights and in the morning after the first night I notified the staff that the wifi was slow and spotty. They did nothing to correct it, and the following day, the wifi was completely down. I told the staff again as I was checking out, and they offered a meek apology but no discount on my stay. Is that normal? You offer an amenity but if it's not available, whoopsie oh well? I get that this is a cheap motel, but come through with what you say you offer, and if you can't deliver, do something.

The room, while somewhat dated, was clean, with a comfortable bed as well as good heating/AC. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, everything was fresh and more than sufficient. We'll definity stay again.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Those are top on my list of necessities. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I think this hotel should have a higher rating than is posted on line.

A great place for the price. The room was large and comfortable. Parking is close. Convenient area with lots of shores and restaurants close by. Would stay again.

Customer service was wonderful. When I checked in and went to my room my door was open, there was a dirty towel on the floor next to the bed, a very dirty toilet that had not been cleaned and one of the beds looked slept in. Both nights there were fights outside my door with yelling and swearing and threats of physical harm. The location is convenient and rooms are cheap but I would pass next time.
