We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice area by the door of each room to hang up ski gear and place wet footwear. Hotel pool and hot tub were terrific. Breakfast area was very nice and the breakfast food variety was outstanding

The staff and service are exceptional. They set the bar for customer service. Their shuttle services add tons of value, but shops, bars, and restaurants are also accessible on foot. I'll be back in JH next year and will stay at The Rockwell Inn again.

I loved everything about this hotel! We were even able to park right outside our door which made for an easy pack-up for ski day. All the unique and interesting touches made this place a true gem. The decor was beautiful and inviting, the room was spacious yet cozy and i loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast went above and beyond. I won't book anywhere else when i go back to Jackson.
