Would definitely stay here again! Amazing location, clean and large rooms with amenities and full kitchen, cute and cozy decor, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Also, nice touches like cookies in the evenings and coffee/juice/water available.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rockwell Inn in Jackson. It was a last minute booking as we required a ground floor room for our daughter who was on crutches after a recent skiing accident. We booked the Trapper Room which was perfect for the four of us and offered plenty of space for us. Although a little outdated (with noisy heating and hearing everything from the upstairs room - guests & pipes) it was still a great place to stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

We asked for a 1:00 checkout as our car was being repaired due to a minor accident and wouldn’t be ready till then. I was told best she could give us was 12. Normally I would understand but in this case the hotel was not busy and the extra hour could have easily been given. She was very unfriendly and made things quite inconvenient for us. Her attitude added to an already difficult day.

The Staff was very nice and friendly, as well as the shuttle service to Jackson hole; very convenient. The rooms were as clean and comfortable as I’ve ever been in, I really felt like luxury. And I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was; there were a couple other restaurants and employees at Jackson Hole that left a lot to be desired to being straight up rude to my brother and I. So Rockwell thank you very much for the professionalism and graciousness that your staff displayed. Your breakfast was fantastic and fresh cookies in the evening were a welcome treat. The only critiques I have is I felt your hot tub and pool were a little bit small. But I would rate you still a 4.7/5

We were super impressed with this hotel. Check in was easy even though we booked with a 3rd party. The guys at the desk were so nice and helpful. Parking was easy. Our suite was spacious and beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom with heated floors!

This is a hidden gem in Jackson. The hotel is within walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of dining, shopping and activities available. The staff were very friendly. We definitely enjoyed the in-room fireplace. And the heated tile in the bathroom was a luxurious bonus. We will be staying there again.

Very nice hotel and will definitely stay here again while chasing the POW. I'm a Titanium Elite with Marriott and this hotel is where I will stay when in Jackson for now on...half the price and just a nice or nicer. I recommend. My buddy was excited for the heated bathroom tiles...i personally don't walk barefoot in hotel rooms haha but def nice to have in winter.
