My new favorite place to stay!

Spent a wonderful 3 nights at this beautifully decorated Condo and it was everything it advertised! Very clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Bedding was really comfortable and the unit was so well taken care of. Great communication, check in and check out process and a stellar location close to everything. Easy access to the pool and beach area. totally loved our stay and will be back!

Better than expected!

Perfect for 2 couples! Pictures don’t do it justice! Beds were comfortable, and great ocean view from balcony. Outside of building is a little tired, and occasionally we could hear the people upstairs walking, but overall we had a great stay! The only ‘doing’ I would give it, I’d there was an empty bottle of Hatorade under a side table in living room, but everythin looked clean.

The property is so close to the beach we could hear the waves all day - which was exactly what I needed! We had access to beach towels, chairs, umbrella. The location is great - there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We were all impressed with this unit. It was better than expected. The owner/property manager does those 'extra' things that made our stay enjoyable. The communications were better than anywhere else I have stayed- Ever! We often used the provided eGuide for Home/Restaurants/Things to do. We will stay here again!

Beautiful condo INSIDE

The inside of the condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything that we needed except for a broom! The view from the 3rd floor balcony was fabulous! The management company was the most efficient that I have ever dealt with. Every last detail was sent to us, several times via email and text. No issues with check-in, check out, thermostat, or anything else. Downside for older people or handicapped: My mom has a walker and cannot climb stairs. To get to the pool or beach, she had to walk all the way to the end of the building, around the building and back down the other side because of the stairs at the pool. Also, one of the elevators was broken. Also, there were no umbrellas at the pool, only a raised area (up the steps) in the shade. Lastly, the complex has plastic shopping carts for luggage! I ended up with 2 broken ones because the only regular luggage cart was being used by contractors for their heavy equipment. (Which they kept all day while working). I noticed the contractors also loading up the shopping carts with heavy equipment. Probably why so many were cracked and broken. Overall, it was a nice stay, but will find somewhere next time more appropriate for my mom.

So nice

This condo is amazing. My family actually stayed in it before they remodeled it and the owners have done a great job. My family actually rented 3 rooms at Amelia South during this same week and this was by far the nicest one. Communication was fast and helpful with the property manager. The beds slept amazing and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We loved our stay!

Perfect Place for My Daughters, Grands and Me

The beautifully decorated ocean front property was the perfect place for my daughters, grands and me to spend a few days. My grands and I watched the sunrise from the window without waking Mommy. Everything we needed was available. Will definitely plan to stay in this condo again.

This is the best vrbo experience we’ve ever had. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We sent a text to the property manager saying it would be nice to have a dust pan and a cutting board, and they were delivered to our door within minutes! The view is fantastic.

A little break!

The place was awesome, the area was just what we were looking for. We couldn't have picked a better location! My one and only one issue was that we were not able to check in earlier then the posted 4:00 pm arraigned time. I understand that the need to prepare the property is paramount. I feel like that quite possibly an early check-in request was not recognized or prioritized. We have used VRBO several times and I hope this refusal is not standard pracitce.

Great stay at Amelia South K3

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The place made us feel like we were home rather than just staying someplace while on vacation. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of drawer space for cloths. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals as well as serving trays and bowls which was a great surprise. We enjoyed staying in the condo and would reserve this condo again.
