For the price ot was great. The rooms were small tho, not much of a cable, satellite service, fuzzy and channels came in and out, beds were hard but nice, pillows were those small ones every hotel is going to now, i brought my own luckily. Convenient location with Applebees just steps away. Friendly staff, breakfast wasnt much of anything.

I will never stay here again. No room service before or after we requested it. In addition, the manage had a problem with providing my family and i with clean towels. Other than that, great location and we were comfortable for our weekend trip.

Before arriving at the hotel, I was sent a link to check in online, that mad checking in go smoothly. I was only given one key card for the room, which my husband was present at check in so it was clear that it was two people occupying the room. We asking for another one and the receptionist said it was because his ID wasn’t on file. It was the tone of voice I didn’t like. I asked for towels another night and the same lady told me no because they had 36 check outs and I should have asked for towels that morning. She was extremely rude. Room/hotel was clean, breakfast was basic, it was ok

I have gotten quiet, reasonably well-maintained and clean rooms both times I’ve stayed here. I have had a good nights sleep each time. The coffee is good. The bagels, mini muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit are fine for breakfast and others seem to like the waffles. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area at a higher price but this one fully satisfies my needs and is now my go to for visits to UNF, about a ten minute drive away.

Aging, but serviceable

The pros: Easy check in and helpful receptionist, quiet room, comfortable bed and reasonable price and very easy access off and on I-95. Cons: This is an older hotel with aging realities such as very small bathroom, vanity and sink are open to the room, squeaky door hinges and sagging door to room, breakfast is moderate (but adequate), however we had to request resupplies for decaf, yogurt, milk, and couple other items. There were no lids available for the coffee cups. All in all, in spite of above limitations, we did get a pretty good night's sleep:).

Had a great stay. Hotel is definitely older and shows its age but was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was cold cereal, waffles, bagels, and breakfast burrito that could be heated in a microwave.

Rooms need a little bit of maintenance and our room wasn’t super clean. Paint chips had fallen off the wall onto the tub. Wasn’t vacuumed well either. And there were paint spatters on the floor and carpet. Crud in the corners of the bathroom. The night gal was nice but the lady running the breakfast was rude! The breakfast was also very carb heavy. No protein at all. Nothing hot. Low quality. It seemed there were a lot of people living in this hotel as breakfast was packed at 6:30 with construction workers. Not the worst hotel but not the best either.

Upkeep is questionable. Things not working in room were: microwave, heater, hand held shower head and blow dryer. When I gave list to reservation person and she made comment that she knew about all except blow dryer and since it doesn't get cold in Fl that was why heater didn't work? It was 38 ° that night. Upkeep was questionable. Also breakfast was poor. Only waffle and bread. Other hotels in area have better breakfast for same amount charged.
