Don’t work in service if you don’t like people

The hotel itself is nice and updated. Comfortable bed, and spacious. But, the front desk employees working at night were extremely rude to me when I asked about ordering food. They were both very condescending with their tone. There is no microwave in the room and menus for their restaurant everywhere, so we decided to see what it was about. It says you can order til midnight so I went down around 10:50 to ask. The lady behind the counter said “nah, kitchen closed. There’s an app it’s called DoorDash and they bring food. Download it” it’s 2025 and everyone knows what DoorDash is… the other employee then stated that everyone should be aware they closed the kitchen, but if I was I wouldn’t have wasted my time to be talked down to like a child. Terrible terrible customer service and I heard them disrespecting me as I walked away. I will NEVER stay at a Hyatt again.

Best staff

Miqui was very friendly and accommodating for us. The room is clean and fits our needs on our trip. Amanda at the front desk is awesome, she makes us feel like we are family. Sage and Lori work hard to put out the breakfast which is delicious. I would recommend Hyatt place Jacksonville airport hotel to anyone stay in Jacksonville Florida.

Our stay was wonderful! The settle from the airport was comfortable and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The desk staff was so very helpful. The breakfast was hot and had many selection.

Great Stay.

My wife and I travelled to visit family in the area. We found the location very convenient to where we wanted to stay. The lobby was nice and clean and bright. The employees were friendly and professional. The only issue we had was the hair that was found in the bathroom. It was not a lot of hair but enough to notice. We enjoyed the room and had a comfortable stay and will return.
