I've stayed in this complex before, always liked it because it's fairly close to the beach and they have a nice pool. I also like staying in a complex like this because I'm off the road. Be aware that this particular unit is on the main road (Tarpon). It was never a problem, it's not like this is a very busy area anyway, so we had no trouble parking whatsoever (and I'm one of those people that likes to back into the parking space).
PROS:
The unit was well stocked, with plenty of towels etc for 4 people. Note that the bedrooms are both upstairs and share a bathroom. There is another full bath/laundry room downstairs.
Management was very interactive, they even called me back when I did not leave a voice mail.
When we arrived I noticed the storm door did not shut properly. However, shortly after we go there, before I even had a chance to call, someone was there to fix it.
Check in/check out details were emailed to me prior to arrival, including the entry code to the pool (duh me for missing that the first time).
CONS:
The a/c is LOUD. I mean, can't hear the TV loud. You get used to it after a day or so though.
Generally the place was very clean although the provided blankets did not seem to be. We washed them, took care of that.
