Stayed for 2 nights in one of the King Balcony rooms. We really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are well done, the balcony view was great. We ate at a few different restaurants at rhe resort, they were all great.

The website said valley view from the balcony we paid extra for. Our view was of the parking lot and trash area. Workers in the middle of night with loud banging of the trash bins. Room ok and new, however sheets and towels stiff. Got food poisoning from Twelve new restaurant. Breakfast took 40 minutes for 2 people when not busy! It was served barely warm. I won’t be back!

Restaurant 209 was the worse place ever I could write a hole page on issues. And when talked to others in Casino they had the same experience. Rooms were very nice. Check in was fast and easy, felt very welcome.

Disappointed 1st time visitors!

Slot machines VERY tight, unlike any other casino in my 63 years. Every person we spoke with felt the same (LOTS of people). Disappointing! Hotel room bed was comfortable though sliding glass door needs screen door to keep flies/bugs out! Toilet paper like sand paper. Restaurant TWLV cold food, not enough cooks, meal took a long time to be delivered. Signage (directional arrows) outside hotel very difficult to see/toooo small! Pool closed until who knows when? Gift shop severely lacking in merchandise. Charging high prices for alcohol drinks WHILE playing the VERY tight slot machines. Wahlburgers fast food chicken strips, terrible! Burger mediocre. Old casino smoky, very tight machines too. Unfortunately we wont visit there again unless drastic changes take place.

Favorite getaway!

The wife and I have made this our go to getaway spot! Coming from Modesto it is a quick trip. The non smoking environment is a big plus for us! Enjoy all the restaurants and gaming floor!

Good hotel but lots to improve

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I wanted to mention a few things that could improve the experience for future guests: 1. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were nearly empty. I only had a tiny bit of bath gel left, and nothing was coming out. This could be better attended to by the service staff. 2. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the bed lamps. Quite surprising, to be honest. 3. The plants on the balcony were artificial. Why opt for plastic when real plants could be used instead? 4. A few cars in the parking lot next to my room were blasting loud music, which caused the entire room to vibrate. It was a bit disruptive.
