Situated in the ever popular Arenal area of Javea our luxury top floor residence provides spectacular panoramic 180° views from the Bélticas Mountain Ranges across Montgó Natural Park and down towards the Punta del Arenal , onwards over the roof tops of the Arenal Town and down on to the Ferrer Tennis Academy finishing finally at the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

The centrally located Urbatenis urbanization stands within a safe and secure gated community complete with concierge services and secure covered parking bays. The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained. Although we are less than 3 mins walk to the Arenal beach, and 30 seconds away from shops, cafes and restaurants the complex remains peaceful and quiet at all times.

A recently converted modern spacious apartment, our open plan, air conditioned dwelling sleeps 2 people and is furnished to the highest quality. The elegant living quarters consist of light oak furniture and a mounted flat screen television from which you can watch English free to view television whilst relaxing on our comfortable L shaped chaise longue sofa. The American style kitchen is bright and airy and comes fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay and whilst you enjoy your first cup of coffee or glass of wine from the high top dining table you can soak up that perfect view and know you have at last arrived! The bedroom area has been specifically designed to enable you to have the privacy you may require by drawing the curtains around the space for your quiet time but with the added benefit of amplifying the entire area during the day. Our double bed is large and inviting and you will sleep like a top! The bathroom comes complete with bidet, loo and very large shower space. The perfect experience following a long and tiring day on the beach.

A community pool located 1 minute walk from Urbatenis in the Lancora Tennis Club. Here you can find a poolside chiringuito and sail awnings to keep you cool whilst sipping your cocktails and soaking up the sun. Open all day every day with a varied menu, BBQ and tapas options available.

The charming beach resort of Javea has the most amazing coastline ranging from gentle bays to rugged cliffs with sheer drops to the sea. These areas of natural beauty have impressed artists, photographers and nature lovers over the years and no doubt you too will fall under their charm.

Enjoy a well earned rest on the Arenal ´s beautiful sandy beach with palm trees for shade and then stop for a sun downer along the elegant pedestrianized walkway lined with bars, cafes, chic boutiques and restaurants for every budget and pallet. For the more energetic take a stroll to the end of the Boulevard where steps lead up to a rocky viewpoint boasting far-reaching views of the Mediterranean Sea and Javea coastline.

Spend the day on Granadella beach one of the best in Spain and for very good reason. It’s a gorgeous, horse-shoe shaped shingle bay surrounded by rocks and flanked by pine trees. The water is an amazing shade of sapphire and great for snorkelling. For those who love nature take a cooling stroll through the surrounding pine forest. For the historians among you visit the little castle fortress dating from the 18th century which was also used to protect Javea from thieving pirates. It had a garrison of just three men and two cannons.
Have a wander through Javea Old town down to the ancient port. The narrow streets and Tosca stone porticoes, the indoor market brimming with local produce , fruit, vegetables, meat and fish caught locally every day. Steeped in history and oozing with architectural delights and character.

If none of the above is tempting enough for you then just come for the climate, the beaches, the shopping, the sports, the eating out, the fiestas etc. etc. etc… You will not be disappointed.

The Area...

There are so many attractions to enjoy from our Javea location. Among them are bays, caves, reefs, ruins, and waterfalls to explore. Plenty of scenic drives to take. Local cinema and library, festivals, marinas, museums, natural parks, nature reserves and botanical gardens. Wine tastings in some of the local bodegas and many hand crafted products can be found. The Oceanographic Centre in Valencia is great fun and Ibiza and Formentera Ferries can be easily boarded from neighbouring Denia.

For action packed adventure days try the local recreation centres, one of the many tennis clubs, or a day trip to one of theme parks, zoos or water parks. Also available locally are gymnasiums and fitness centres, paragliding, go carting, paintballing, caving, roller blading, horse-riding, donkey trecking and carriage rides, hunting, mountain climbing, mountain biking, mountaineering, rock climbing, psicoblock and skateboarding.

Javea offers a host of sea and beach related activities including paddle boating, rafting, parasailing, sailing, jet skiing, wind surfing, diving, PADI courses, snorkelling, scuba diving, diving, water skiing, coasteering, kayaking, canyoning, wakeboarding, monoskiing, kneeboarding, and wake skating. For the fishermen we have big game, trolling, bottom , deep sea, freshwater, fly, bay and pier fishing.
