the hotel was really close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. the hotel room itself didn’t feel as clean or smell as clean. the bed was very flat like sinking in— it felt like it was stuffed with newspapers! woke up back hurting. the breakfast waffles were great and they had a lot of oatmeal options. the eggs and bacon ..well.. the staff was fairly nice and helpful

The staff are very friendly and assisted with any questions I had. The breakfast was also good with a good variety of foods to choose from. I had a room with a king sized bed and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel was conveniently located with a bus just across the street that took us to Manhattan. The room was clean and the bed super comfy! Would absolutely stay there again.

Noisy, thin walls, odour of marijuana through the entire hotel, bed frame separated, mattress was so thin it felt like a pull out couch mattress. Toilet was jammed and never came to repair even after asking. Horrible experience.

Great location which is easily accessible through public transport and highway. Close to shopping. Ample parking. Very clean property. Overall quiet unless you have a noisy neighbour in the adjacent with inner door.

Good hotel for visiting area
A great base for our trip to New York. Bus stop directly across the road and buses are frequent into Port Authority bus station. A good range of restaurants round about if looking for somewhere near the hotel. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was available and if busy was replenished. Only issue was not a lot of space if we went at a busy time.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the rooms were very clean, the property was very well maintained and the service was excellent. The only thing they can improve is the breakfast, which is not pleasant at all.
