je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la double taxe ou TVA. on m'a fait comprendre que dans le prix indique sur la reservation, "taxe incluse",il s'gissait d'une taxe que deja, vous percevez à l'etranger, il etait par ailleurs plus difficile de trouver une situation de chambre plus à l’écart. j'ai séjourné dans des centaines d’hôtel a travers le monde et je m'abstiendrai de recommander cet hôtel à mes relations.

Hotel in good location for old city . Staff helpful and polite . Food not to our tastes would be better if choice was more international . We thought ithe dinner was overpriced Room was ok smaller than we are used to ,the twin beds were very small. The room was Clean and adequate. We enjoyed our stay in Jerusalem and had some exceptional experiences on our tours . Local people were helpful and we felt safe . Overall we would recommend a holiday in Jerusalem and the hotel for it’s location .

Loved it!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is our hotel of choice in Jerusalem. Staff attentiveness and friendliness is outstanding. Absolutely first class.

Vraiment, un excellent hôtel !

L'hôtel est vraiment extrêmement confortable et d'un confort total. Le service, la propreté des chambres sont en tous points remarquables. Il ne faut pas se laisser rebuter par la situation géographique, qui peut paraître éloignée de la vieille ville. En fait, l'hôtel est situé à minutes (pas plus) de la porte de Jaffa, en passant par les allées très agréables et ombragées du "sultan pool" (trottoir de gauche en descendant vers la vieille ville).

Fantastic hotel and staff

Lovely room with view over the old city not far to walk to great locations, especially Emek Refaim street where there are lovely cafés and restaurants and the old train station, great breakfast choice at the Dan too and the staff all very helpful

Not recommended...

The worst hotel we stayed during our holidays in Israel. Shabby rooms, personnel on the borderline of being rude and breakfast is just awful. Try something else.
