Reception great, harbour view - not so much

The description of the room as harbour view is a bit of a stretch. Sure, you can see the harbour from the balcony but the dominant view is of the car park. The girl at Reception was very friendly and helpful.

The room was ok, there were several holes in the ceiling in the room and the bathroom, otherwise an average room. Staff was very nice and pleasant. The hotel was on the same street as many restaurants and shops which was very nice.

Good location.

Nice location. They tried to update the rooms, so it’s nicer than before probably. The noise other people talk about is legit concern. Thicker windows would help, but make sure you also close the windows or you will hear everything from the street.

Located in an excellent position in the Main Street, close to the water, the shops and eating establishments. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. It is an older style building but has had some renovations. The bathroom was on the smaller side but was modern and sufficient for our short stay. There’s water glimpses from the top floor, lots of parking availability and a charging station for electric vehicles. The only down side for me personally was the flight of stairs I had to climb with my sore knee (no lift) - though for most people, it wouldn’t be a concern.

Staff and location was great Bit confusing when you book jervis bay motel and it’s at a different named location The room was very outdated for the price we paid Toilet leaked for quite a while after u used it and had to have window shut when having a shower or people using those would of seen you My towels at home are of better quality they where dark in colour but faded looking with Frayed edges etc and hard not nice towels

I have given an upgrade to stay in the Husky 19 apartment, which was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a place to stay if you are in the Jervis Bay Area.

Recently renovated, close to shops and lots of parking available. We chose the Jarvis Bay Motel as it was reasonably priced. We had a great experience and would definitely go back.
