Big room and spaciuos. Love the toilet wit big mirror and inside the room too. Swimming pool also great at highest floor. Breakfast is good too. Walkable to our fav mall. Komtar jbcc and citysquare. Parking too. Great experience for 1st time staying in this hotel. Will recomended to family and friends and love to come back again. Thankyou.

I used to stay at Holiday Inn at various locations. All my previous stay were always satisfactory. I have also booked Holiday Inn Times Square, NYC in Sep 2024. The Holiday Inn City Center JB conditions looks new to me. Check-in and check-out was smooth. However, this time round we were disappointed on the bed fitting and the shower robe towel. At 11:30pm, we noticed that the shower robe towel was not cleaned and it looked like someone has used it before and not washed. When we were about to get into the bed, We noticed that all the pillows, bedsheet have a oily smell. It is obvious that the pillow case and the bedsheet were not changed. We called front desk and they sent the staff to get them changed within reasonable time. I should say the service and response time to rectify the issue is acceptable. However, this incidents should not have happened in the first place. We are disappointed as we trusted the name Holiday Inn that we have great experience in the past. That is also the reason that I always book my hotels with Holiday Inn. I hope this is a one time incident as I will be staying at Holiday Inn in Phoenix, US and also in NYC in Sep 2024.
