Located in a quiet neighborhood and offering nothing but peace and tranquility, this dog-friendly home near the heart of Joshua Tree (three miles) is ideal for quiet people who need to escape to the desert for a few days! Adventure bounds here. This is the best home base to explore Joshua Tree National Park and to visit 29 Palms Marine Base (25 miles), Whitewater (29 miles), Palm Springs (33 miles), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (35 miles). Additionally, you will be within close walking distance of the mountains, where you may hike, in addition to a trail behind the house.

The home's enclosed backyard offers a great spot to unwind, play fetch with your dogs, and peacefully gaze at the stars in the evening and enjoy the desert beauty and tranquility. Pack your binoculars and delight yourself with beautiful dark night skies. There is an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Find a swing set for families (adults or children) for additional entertainment.

Décor features splashes of color and artistic accents throughout the home emblematic of the region. The sunny living room offers a cozy spot to unwind and play board games or get lost in a favorite novel. This home does not have televisions, so you may unwind and relax with family and friends. Spend cozy evenings reading or simply resting in the sunroom with direct access to the backyard. Prepare delicious meals and snacks for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all major appliances, even a dishwasher!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
