This tiny home was perfect for our Julian stay. It’s listed for up to 3 people but I think it would have been tight if our 20 year old daughter had come with us. The location is quiet. On a clear night, there are so many stars in the sky. Samantha was very prompt at answering my questions. The home could use more storage for clothes, perhaps some hooks for clothes in the bedroom. Also either bottled water or a fillable Brita pitcher in the fridge for water would be nice. We drove into Julian to get anything we needed. It’s a 3-5 minute drive into Julian. You could walk but the highway through there can be busy and it would be quite the walk into town. Julian is adorable. There is lots of hiking nearby, brewery, restaurants, pie shops, cute stores. Julian gets busy on the weekends. We would definitely stay here again. Samantha had several pamphlets of things to do in and near Julian which was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed the tiny home. It had everything we needed- a Kuerig, fridge, microwave, ability to cook on a stovetop, bathroom, TV. Bathroom is small but that’s to be expected in a tiny house. If you’re looking for someplace cute and quiet near Julian, stay here.
